The role This leadership role will allow you to make a real impact across multiple development teams, multiple project streams, the technical architecture and the roadmap of amazing companies and to have a direct commercial influence on the work that we do in the future. You will be a key member of the senior leadership team, driving and directing key technical decisions within Screenmedia, and the range of services and solutions that we are able to provide. This role will be varied, and you will have the autonomy to shape it in a way that best suits your style and delivers the best results for the business. What you’ll do Lead the discovery stages of new technical projects to help shape the solution requirement specifications of new web and mobile projects Technically architect solutions (MS Azure, .Net Core) Direct and manage teams to deliver quality projects on time and budget Scope projects and estimate work Support commercial goals of the business Consult with clients and manage senior stakeholders Spend up to 20% of your time in research, learning and development Your skills and experience The ability to work across multiple projects, in a fast-paced environment Experience as a senior Technical Architect, delivering solutions using a Microsoft technology stack, with in-depth Azure Cloud experience Contemporary software development skills utilising .Net Core, C#, Azure In-depth Cloud Application Design experience Significant experience in Software Architecture, design, implementation and support of web applications Understanding/ experience of data migration strategies Be close enough to the code to allow hands-on development or specifications when needed Excellent communication skills Highly organised, with the ability to manage workload appropriately Passionate about technology and excellent problem-solving skills
