As the Marketing Manager you’ll be responsible for the marketing of our agency. From producing compelling and creative digital campaigns to managing our content marketing strategy and socials. We need someone who will always look to enhance the agency’s reputation, spot opportunities, and deliver excellence. The core remit will involve: Brand management (agency and personal brands of senior leadership team) Content strategy, including creation of thought leadership and opinion pieces Leading the agency’s delivery team on digital marketing strategy and activities Partnership marketing Working with the client services team on case study creation Target audience research Awards entries Press releases Creating and finding speaking and networking opportunities at industry sector events The responsibilities Work closely with the business development team to proactively generate sales-ready leads from the agency’s target healthcare audiences. Recommend, design and work with the delivery teams to implement effective digital marketing campaigns to raise awareness of the Medico brand. Support sales enablement by identifying and implementing automation, segmentation and personalisation techniques within the company’s CRM and digital tools to improve conversion rates at each stage in the funnel. Identify customer challenges and objectives, classify case study solutions against these and develop sales battle cards for the business development teams to utilise in the sales process. Work with internal paid media, CRO, and SEO teams to ensure that we out-market our competitors at every touchpoint in the buyer journey. Develop an engaging content marketing strategy, working with creative and copywriting teams to produce digital collateral and assets including blogs, ebooks, social posts, case studies, videos, infographics and newsletter content. Act as a guardian for the Medico brand, ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to across all marketing channels and collateral. Identify and help the agency to win industry awards, managing the application process. Take ownership of the agency website, ensuring it remains an effective lead generation machine and builds on its strong organic search rankings to become the go-to place for all healthcare marketing-related queries. Build social proof and develop Medico’s presence amongst target healthcare audiences. Act as a digital marketing champion for the agency, showcasing best practices and sharing market insights amongst a talented team of marketers and creatives. Coordinate delivery teams with monthly actions, analyse the effectiveness of digital campaigns and lead internal website and marketing team meetings to present progress. Keep up with new trends in digital technology, marketing and healthcare. Does this sound like you? Have a passion for the healthcare sector and all things digital marketing.
