Experience and qualifications; Essential: At least three years’ experience in industry with some combination of the following technologies: Core web technologies, i.e. HTML & CSS, JavaScript and experience with back-end development, ideally C# or Java. Experience with helping others develop their skills through coaching, teaching, mentoring, tutoring or something similar. This can have been as part of your professional role or informally through volunteering. As cohorts generally consist of around 15 learners, you will need to be comfortable speaking to groups and in 1:1 mentoring situations. Nice to have: Experience working closely with other job roles, such as designers and product owners Experience collaborating with clients or stakeholders, including clarifying requirements and presenting work at sprint demos
