You’ll work with the digital marketing team, reporting to the Account Director and to play an important role in helping to shape and achieve our clients digital marketing objectives. The responsibilities Build long-term relationships with our clients Investigate and determine clients’ wants and needs Plan and implement digital strategies for clients Always work towards those goals Analyse the effectiveness of digital campaigns Recommend, design and implement digital projects to increase their ROI Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client Prepare and present reports on their progress Keep up with new trends in digital technology and healthcare Work closely with internal delivery teams to communicate clients’ strategy, concerns and objectives Does this sound like you? Experience working as a Digital Account Manager within an agency Ability to talk confidently to clients about SEO, PPC and Social Media Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software Good knowledge of online marketing tools and technology Good commercial record with a track record of growing client accounts Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Team player Good time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work autonomously
