The role Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you’ll be the second team appointment as the agency look to scale their sales function. We’re looking for an individual with a proven track record of qualifying opportunities, strong foundational commercial acumen and a passion for digital marketing. The responsibilities Respond to inbound sales enquiries via email, over the phone and on LinkedIn, having the acumen to qualify an opportunity and commercial experience to confidently discuss project requirements and budget. Proactively seek out new opportunities with marketing qualified and engaged leads through outreach on LinkedIn, email, phone calls, SMS, and recording prospecting videos. Nurture and maintain business relationships with decision-makers working within sales prospects. Meet clients remotely, or face-to-face when required, and provide consultancy for their marketing enquiries selling in a suite of website design, SEO, PPC and social media marketing. Effective proposal deck building. Build relationships with delivery teams to create effective sales strategies and proposals for prospective clients, marketing their services to their target healthcare audiences. Liaise internally with different departments including: web, SEO, PPC, creative, strategy, content in order to gather information to share with prospects. Responsible for maintaining Salesforce CRM with activity. Support with taking new business opportunities through the pipeline from initial outreach to a closed deal. Does this sound like you? Experience working in a sales role qualifying opportunities and closing deals. Ability to talk confidently and passionately to clients about all things digital. Experience using Salesforce CRM. Good commercial record with a track record of identifying & qualifying opportunities. Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. Team player. Good time-management skills. Highly self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously. Proficient email writing skills. An eye for detail in deck building. Great authentic interpersonal skills. Ability to share complex information in an easily understandable way.
