About the job The Sales Operations Specialist will be performing various operational and administrative tasks and support sales team in tasks and responsibilities to achieve sales targets, build and maintain relationships with clients. Responsibilities Communicate effectively with BDMs and their clients to maintain existing relationships while helping to create and build new client relationships. Support the sales team in attaining sales targets. Prepare monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis as instructed by the Country Manager. Coordinate and respond to all requests of internal meetings. Track the quotas and goals of each member of the sales team. Working with staff members from other departments to optimize sales. Monitor performance through dashboards and reports on tool usage and adoption. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Prepare and monitor invoices and follow up for collection. Perform other related duties as assigned. File HR documents and employee documents. Handle medical insurance process and support employees with questions relating to it. Update internal databases for existing and new employees (in Habibi Portal and BambooHR). Support with HR projects, wellness programs, etc. Qualifications And Skills Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular). Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. Bachelor’s degree in information system or computer science. Excellent polite and persuasive communication skills. Flexible to work in non-business hours. Able to operate in different work conditions such as on-site, off site. Able to work independently.
