• 3-5 years’ experience in an IT Systems Analyst or similar role • CRM systems experience an advantage • Experience with CRM administration essential • Tableau experience desirable • Knowledge of ERP systems • Experience creating and modifying reports and dashboards an advantage • Experience in workflow administration desirable • Experience with business process and application support • Ability to work within deadlines essential • Technical background essential • Experience with SQL or other DB tools to analyse data Third level IT/IS qualification or equivalent • Hubspot, Salesforce or SugarCRM knowledge desirable • ERP knowledge desirable • Basic knowledge of SQL • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong analytical and problem solver skills • Map and document interfaces between legacy and new systems • Coordinate project tasks associated with the delivery of new applications, systems, and solutions. • Support system enhancements in line with business objectives. • Provide Level 2/3 support on CRM system and Billing tool. • Support users change requests for customizations to applications. • Build and maintain integration workflows within key systems. • Assist in the administration of key systems where necessary to ensure good data governance. • Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing. • Assist key stakeholders with the development of reports. • Provide support to application developers & support team. • Work with vendors to maintain systems. • Implement new integration solutions to deliver ecommerce solutions. • Create onboarding documentation to enable sales training on CRM tool. • Keep up to date with technical and industry developments.
