Available to work on client sites to resolve break/fix issues and assist in issues that cannot be resolved remotely. Working across teams and closely with our customers, promote and deliver high quality technical and customer support. Provide remote support to users and solve non-complex and complex problems to minimise system down-time and loss of productivity. Provide onsite delivery of Service requests that are received through our Service Desk. Using support tools to manage and track tickets and customer issues. Escalating issues to management as appropriate. Complete simple / standard set-up activities for computers, printers, multifunction devices and other ICT systems in line with Service Level Agreements. Meeting ticket targets and quality standards. Feed back to the Continuous Improvement mindset if repeated issues are found, being a champion of “How We Do Things”. Contribute to the development of reference/training materials to assist the team through maintenance of documentation on system configurations and technical processes.
