Responsible for ensuring the team has prompt response times for our internal ticketing system Participates in defining strategies and plans related to facility operations, employee onboarding, space planning, real estate and facility moves Provide timely updates to the Financial Planning team (supplies, changes in vendors) Develop and manage vendor service contracts and request for proposal processes, including obtaining vendor price quotes, preparing contracts and purchase orders, reviewing and approving invoices. Explore and implement new methods and best practices to increase efficiency throughout the office, and improve sustainability Act as on-site liaison for managing vendor service contracts and request for proposal processes, purchase orders, space planning, tracking, move coordination, and new hire space accommodations. Plan and coordinate onsite events in support of the of the new collaboration needs and remote work centric when needed
