Strong problem solving and collaboration skills. Exceptionally organized with attention to detail – nothing slips past you! Able to work 9am – 5pm onsite 5 days/week. Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs. Occasionally work after hours, on weekends, and when emergencies arise. Front Desk --- Be the customer service expert to employees and visitors of the Boston office, the focal point for questions and directions. Office Maintenance --- Fix minor malfunctions in office equipment (printers, kitchen equipment, etc.) and help address any building challenges (lighting, temperature, etc.) Answer employee requests via our work order system. Greet and Check-in Visitors --- Ensure that appropriate escorts are provided for guests and ensure all non-GoTo employees are properly logged in the registration system and provided a Visitor badge. Mail --- Sort and scan mail and receive packages, coordinate with the recipients and organize the mail / package room. Send out packages as requested. Meetings & Events --- Coordinate logistics for internal catering needs for trainings and Executive meetings. Assists with the coordination and planning of our local Employee Engagement activities and events. Responsible for managing and monitoring building conference room occupancy via outlook, accepts or declines requests for first floor meeting spaces.
