The following Experience/Competencies/Skillsets are applicable to this Role. The ideal candidate will have worked on a number of large and complex projects in a Business Analyst role. They should: 1. have a broad experience of business analysis techniques particularly requirements elicitation and management, and business process analysis and modelling. 2. have extensive experience in facilitating workshops, with multiple including experience with running virtual and hybrid workshops with multiple diverse stakeholders. 3. have extensive experience of stakeholder management, including managing challenging stakeholders. 4. have experience in producing concise and accurate specifications of business needs using both Waterfall and Agile Methodologies
