Pre-Requisites: • Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP-MM. • Proven experience in participating in projects following both Agile and Waterfall methodologies • Preferably 2 years of S/4 HANA experience. • Experience working within Finance / Procurement platforms either on the IT or Finance side. • Ability to influence business teams, including management, in the selection and design of technology solutions as well as implementation and support approaches. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong analytical skills. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong analytical skills. • Must have strong SAP MM functional experience with S/4 HANA implementation experience is a must. • Hands-on Client interaction is a must. • Must have hands-on On-site projects exp. like North American/Europe clients. Roles and Responsibilities: • Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP MM. • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identity, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements. • Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs. • Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects. • Design, customize, configure, and testing of MM. • Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team. • Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required. • Perform detailed analysis of customer requirements to produce custom solution specifications if any. • Mentor and guide junior team members. • Strong client handling and communication
