We are looking for a resourceful Project Coordinator to handle and arrange all sorts of projects, ranging from simple activities to more intricate planning. The responsibilities of the Project Coordinator involve collaborating closely with our Project Manager to develop detailed project action plans, inclusive of resources, timelines, and estimates. You will be responsible for a variety of coordinating functions, including creating and planning tasks, scheduling and risk management, as well as administrative chores, such as maintaining project paperwork and responding to financial inquiries. To be successful in this position, you must have superior time management and communication skills, since you will interact with clients and internal teams to meet deadlines. The Project Coordinator is ultimately responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities - Organise, attend and document meeting minutes for various project and team meetings. Coordinate and track action items for follow-up. - Responsibility for projects appropriate to experience level, with progressing complexity. One of the development goals of the position is to gain project management experience and work towards increasing levels of project responsibility. - Preparation, updating, and maintenance of various team administrative documents including project/task/time trackers, resource forecasts, issues, logs, etc. - Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management - Proactive in maintaining and improving document templates, formatting and proofreading documents, organization of documents, sharing and archiving of documents. - Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants - Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers - Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures. Requirement and skills - Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role - Experience in project management, from conception to delivery - Experience working with an agile software development team. - Experience in Web & Mobile projects is an added advantage. - Knowledge and experience with any software development tools and agile software development methodology. - Strong proofreading/grammar skills for technical documents. - Team player with strong interpersonal skills that values communication, collaboration and coordination. - Proven success as a problem-solver, possesses a data-driven yet common sense approach to execution. - Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control - Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management - Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control - Strong client-facing and teamwork skills - Hands-on experience with project management tools - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Ability to learn and utilize new software as required.
