Meeting with domestic and international customers following the sale of software products to collect data and other information required to configure the product. Interface with business users to understand the requirements and conduct feasibility study. Creating a project plan for each customer, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely implementation. Provide user training on software products to customer business users. Communicating with clients throughout the product implementation process to obtain feedback and approval. Assist marketing & sales team in pre-sale activities. Requirements and skills Proven experience working as an Implementation Specialist (1-5 Years) Basic technical knowledge and proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications The ability to multitask effectively.
