Job description Job title: Human Resources Job Type: Full-time – Work from Office Only Timing: 9:30 – 6:00 Location: 204, 205 Infopark Technology Business Centre, Kaloor Kochi. (Head Office) Languages known: Malayalam / Hindi / Tamil + English Qualification: Bachelor's degree Experience: Minimum 1 Year Location: Kochi Joining: Immediate CTC - 1,80,000 – 2,40,000 (Based On Interview Performance and Experience) Job Profile 1. Recruitment and Staffing: The HR executive is responsible for recruiting, selecting, and hiring new employees for the organization. This includes creating job descriptions, posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes and applications, conducting interviews, and making job offers. 2. Onboarding and Orientation: Once new employees are hired, the HR executive is responsible for ensuring that they are properly onboarded and oriented to the organization. This includes introducing them to the company culture, policies, and procedures, as well as providing training and support to help them get started in their new role. 3. Employee Relations: The HR executive is responsible for managing employee relations, which includes handling employee grievances, conflicts, and complaints. They also work to ensure that all employees are treated fairly and that the organization is in compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. 4. Performance Management: The HR executive is responsible for managing the performance of employees and ensuring that they are meeting their goals and objectives. This includes setting performance standards, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback and coaching to help employees improve. 5. Benefits and Compensation: The HR executive is responsible for managing employee benefits and compensation. This includes designing and administering benefits programs, such as employee of the month, health insurance, and paid time off, as well as determining and managing employee salaries and wages. 6. Training and Development: The HR executive is responsible for providing training and development opportunities to employees to help them improve their skills and advance their careers. This includes identifying training needs, developing training programs, and providing ongoing support and coaching to employees. 7. HR Policies and Procedures: The HR executive is responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that are in line with the organization's goals and objectives. This includes creating employee handbooks, developing policies related to employee conduct, and ensuring that all employees are aware of and compliant with HR policies and procedures. 8. Event In Charge: The HR will be responsible for managing Events and Exhibitions that the company will be attending.
