Job Details- • Act as a point of contact between the management and the customers. • Providing the education services such as attendance, leave, fees collection etc. • Handling requests and queries of the customers. • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of the system. • Monitoring the academic performance and activities of the assigned students. • Provide guidance and support to students for better academic performance. • Coordinate with other departments for fees collection and other support. • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation.
