Our client, a leading manufacturing company, specializing in supplies a wide range of standard and custom solutions used for the protection of wires and cables in the transit industry.. They are actively seeking Receptionist/Office Clerk to join their growing team. The Receptionist/Office Clerk manages our clients general office needs. This includes reception desk duties, mail, office supply budget, supporting office facilities requirements and providing administrative support to our senior management team. This position is located in Mississauga & Oakville, Ontario border. In addition to annual initiatives, the key accountabilities of this position are: Front Reception: Ensure visitors are welcomed and checked in accordingly Provide end-to-end office supply management.
