About the job About The Position Currently, we are looking for a dedicated Project Coordinators to join our Building Automation Controls division in Burnaby, BC. The Project Coordinator assists Project Managers with billing, job binders, setup of job in paper flow system, permits, manuals, tender forms & any other duties to help with project efficiency and job organization. This role will require you to work in office and on-site. Project Coordinator Job Responsibilities Maintain bridge of communication between Field and Office Prepare project site and office binders/files and QA/QC files as required Data entry, minute taking, creation and distribution of report Price, extend, confirm hours submitted and data entry as required for extra work orders Make sure the site has all the latest specs, drawings, shop drawings, change orders, schedules. Track shipments for orders, track backorders, and keep on top of suppliers for delivery of materials Prepare O&M manuals and panel schedules Initiate, finalize, and extend project permits Help with tenders and submittal About Houle At Houle, we are passionate about building resilient communities.
