Work with Us.We are looking for a talented Production Coordinator to join us on Seth Rogen's Animated Project for Amazon Studios! Summary: Stellar Creative Lab is looking for aProduction Coordinatorto join our team. The Coordinator will support the Production Management and Department Supervisors. You are instrumental in the smooth running of projects through our animation pipeline, focused on the details and the accurate flow of information through all departments. You should thrive under pressure, work well in a team environment and be passionate about people and animation. Duties& Accountabilities: Ability to take direction positively, work well in a team environment and thrive under the pressure. Focused and able to prioritize appropriately and support the teams in meeting deadlines. Superb Written& Verbal Communication Skills with strong attention to detail. Comfortable working in Shotgun and able to pull up shots and models and manage technical issues during reviews and approvals. Willing to take on new challenges in order to have a more detailed knowledge of the department, pipeline and entire production. Track weekly quotas; maintain and submit quota details to Production Managers as appropriate. Track progress of assigned work, date started, expected due date, revisions, date approved, and escalate to Production Manager when needed. Track, maintain and file client approvals. Organize, file, and distribute materials as necessary. Proactively maintain the departmental production schedules with a keen eye on deadlines and conflicts, including managing the schedules of key team personnel. Communicate clearly with artists about deadlines and overall production schedule. Make sure artists have all material they need to complete their assignment. Archive artwork when appropriate; depending on the nature of the material, copy onto disks with backup disk, preserve, put in storage; create an inventory list of all archived items. Ship (digital delivery or otherwise) materials to all sources as needed. Troubleshoot possible problems or issues and escalate as needed. Diligently track outsourced material to maintain schedule; if outsource studio is not meeting scheduling requirements, escalate to Production Manager or Director of Production for additional guidance. Ensure proper preparation for all meetings and reviews. Record and publish notes from meetings and reviews that accurately reflect action items and an appropriate sense of urgency.
