As an MIS Administrator this role requires you to provide effective administrative support to the data processing of the Skills provision. You will undertake learner eligibility and audit checks prior to processing enrolments onto the MIS system. You will provide telephone support to induction staff, giving guidance of funded paperwork requirements. You will need these important qualities: Excellent communication skills at all levels. Comfortable with lone working. Ability to work under pressure. Key Responsibilities DUTIES Ensure induction paperwork meets the paperwork standards as set out in the scoping documentCheck learner induction paperwork has been completed accurately ensuring all audit requirements and timescales have been metMake decisions regarding eligibility ensuring compliance with funding rules and regulationsFollow processes put in place to ensure the data entry input process is standardised across the teamAccurately input learner records onto ProSolution, meeting daily targetsLiaise with teams with issues regarding learners and support them to address queries timelyRespond to queries from funding partners accurately and timelySupport other members of the team to ensure learner queries are addressed timelyIssue inductors with sample paperwork and course codes for each college and ensure they have a full understanding of the paperwork requirementsSupport the Skills Division and other members of the team with residency and eligibility queriesMark English and maths initial assessments as requiredAssist with scanning and archivingCorrespond accurately and timely with learners and inductorsCorrespond in a professional manner with any customer including inductors and Generate reports as requestedAttend, organise and prepare documentation, agendas and minutes for meetings ESSENTIAL CRITERIA We love to develop our people so even if you don't meet 100% of the essential criteria, we strongly encourage you to apply.
