The People Our editors come from a variety of different backgrounds, from journalism to film to transcription to ghostwriting and beyond, we work with top notch editors from all walks of life and at every stage of their career. Your primary responsibilities will involve editing minutes taken by our Minute Takers for a wide variety of customers and industries, and communicating feedback as necessary. If you’re a good fit for this role, you’ll be someone who’s conscientious, organized, and attentive to detail. You’ll be just as comfortable working with non-professional writers and delivering feedback as you are working independently. This is a 100% remote position. You must have previous experience as a professional editor to be considered for this position. Previous experience with minutes, condo boards/associations, or journalism will be an asset for this role, but is not mandatory. You should be comfortable using your own laptop or computer, and be able to upload .docx files.
