Job Description

About the job XRHealth is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to provide onboarding training, manage strategic accounts, offer tech support, and ensure adherence to XRHealth policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: For Customer Engagement: To ensure new customers are well equipped to use the XRHealth platform by providing online Onboarding training sessions. To be a regular point of contact for some of our Strategic accounts, and provide face-to-face training and assistance where needed, to help grow the accounts. To assist the Customer Success team with providing general customer support to customers through live chat, email, and phone calls. For Tech support: Receive inbound calls or contact customers by telephone/video to resolve questions about the functionality or usability of the VR headset and perform basic troubleshooting as necessary. Conduct on-site tech support and onboarding to strategic customer accounts in different locations around the country. Document accurate and concise customer interactions or feedback and stay on top of the support cases and documentation in CRM. Update case statuses from opening to close. Respond promptly and effectively to fulfill the needs of customers and internal team members in a calm, professional, and timely manner. Perform all job functions consistent with XRHealth policies and procedures, including those which govern handling PHI and PII.
