The primary responsibility of our Customer Service Officers is to deliver first class services to our customers. You must have a great disposition and you enjoy working with children and adults alike. You understand that our Customers are coming to the venue for a great day out and you are keen to be part of that enjoyment. You are reliable and understand the required hours are weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods between November 2023 - March 2024. Skills & Attributes Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style Provide excellent customer service to all customers Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the café Replenished condiments as needed Follow health and safety guidelines Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash Apply sound cash handling principals and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems Coffee making/ barista skills (preferred) Food handling Certificate (preferred) Promote the centres services and programs to our patrons Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options Current First Aid Certificate desirable Current CPR Certificate desirable Police Check (if over 18 years old) Working with Children Check (if over 18 years old) Previous experience is a similar role is desirable, but candidates with a friendly attitude and a customer service mindset are encouraged to apply!
