While you're a licensed realtor, your job will be working as a key point of contact from our Toronto office to help quarterback all parts of the customer's journey. Key Responsibilities: Engage and support customers via multiple channels (Phone, Chat and email), in both proactive and reactive engagements with consumers and realtors Collaborate closely with Realtors, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to deliver a top notch customer experience Pair learnings from customer interactions with customer data to drive improvements in team and company processes Build trust and show empathy with customers and realtors to develop ongoing relationships and partnerships through their respective lifecycles
