Job Description

About the job Major Functions And Responsibilities Processing, tracking and posting of outgoing orders. Data entry of procurement receipts Operation and general maintenance of printers fax, photocopiers, and other minor office equipment. Receives and follows up on calls from physicians and other clients regarding order concerns, Performs problem solving Prioritizes work to meet departmental and organizational needs. Maintains filing system for department and arranges for off-site storage of documents and records. Troubleshoots any discrepancies that may arise on source documents. Reads procedures and policies relevant to the position as required. Supports Materials team assisting with tasks as requested by the management team. Required Skills Strong team player with ability to perform duties independently and with others. Good organizational and communications skills. Proficiency with Microsoft office is required Experience with Great Plains Dynamics is an asset Flexibility to meet operational requirements, including hours of work. Required Experience Familiarity of warehouse duties and or experience in materiel handling is required 1 year of administrative experience is required Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
