Permanent part-time positions - based in Geraldton Hourly rate between $22.94 - $31.41 + super & penalty rates Paid km's & time travelled between supports - work in your local community Ongoing training and development opportunities Avivo are looking for Support Workers to support customers in their day to day life based in the Geraldton area. This role works across Aged Care, Disability and Mental Health sectors, engaging in a range of care needs to support individuals who wish to remain living in their home. There are no 'typical days' but it may include Domestic assistance Daily support with personal care Social support including assistance with trips in and around the community Regular communication and engagement with your local team On the job training and buddy shifts are provided to the successful candidates. We're Looking For Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude to help ensure our customers receive flexible and individualised support Previous experience in providing support (desirable) Availability to attend mandatory and paid training during the week Current NDIS Worker Screening check or willingness to obtain one Flexibility availability What's in it for you?
