The Role We are looking for a talented Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our marketing team on a part-time basis, working 3-4 days per week. Reporting to our Head of Marketing, you will be a key member of our fast-paced team. As our new Graphic Designer, you be responsible for managing the development and execution of all elements across all design outputs including brand, events, campaigns, digital & multimedia. You will be working cross functionally across the business playing a key role in other projects that require your expertise. Like all businesses, we have brand guidelines to adhere to and you must be comfortable with this. In saying this, we also want your creative mindset to help take our marketing efforts to new heights. You will execute a variety of projects that ensure The Missing Links brand, products and services are seen, heard, and embraced by the market. This includes developing and improving visual content and brand across all media; championing our brand identity; designing events; creating new styles of visual media; video production and developing ideas and plans for new and engaging forms of communication. We are even looking at a brand refresh and you will play a key role in this exciting project. You are a Mid-Level Graphic Designer who thrives in the digital world and consistently produces amazing outputs whether it be design from scratch projects or from utilising templates. Our marketing team are a friendly bunch who work hard, support one another but more importantly, like to have fun! Strong project and time management are crucial in this role. It is a very fast-paced environment and you will be working on multiple projects at the one time. Creative flare and excellent attention to detail is also important. Requirements Are you ready to be part of our marketing team? Bring your ideas with you. Requirements A bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field. At least 3-5 years of professional design experience. A strong portfolio that showcases your design skills across a variety of print and digital media. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Great communication and collaboration skills. The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines. Bonus points if you have some knowledge of HTML, CSS and HubSpot! Extra bonus points if you have worked within the technology industry previously!
