Description Job Description EisnerAmper is seeking a Yardi Specialist to join the EA RESIG in our Mumbai or Bangalore office. About Yardi Specialist Role The team is responsible for the development and ongoing support of the accounting and investment management real estate technology platform. The position is responsible for ownership of the Yardi’s Investment Management application, the support of all users of the Yardi platform, and the onboarding of all new clients, funds, and accounting teams to the Yardi platform. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in Yardi’s Investment Management platform and have a customer centric approach with an eye on quality. The candidate has strong technical skills in business process analysis and experience in managing large data sets in Excel. The candidate will be an expert multi-tasker with excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude. They are comfortable operating with multiple deadlines and can pivot quickly to priorities. They can communicate effectively across multiple audiences. Responsibilities Helps manage user support by triaging and responding to user requests with smart and efficient solutions Keeps abreast of Yardi application technical enhancements and new functionality by working with internal and vendor resources, stays up to date with data and reporting trends in the private equity real estate market Helps onboard new clients and funds onto the Yardi platform, helping to drive onboarding activities across teams Assists with creating integrations between the Yardi application and other products and services of EA RESIG Helps drive adoption of new tools and business processes across user community. Communicates effectively across project stakeholders, including accounting users, application developers, business partners, and senior management Helps evolve EA RESIG’s reporting and data strategy framework and investor / operational / management reporting services. Develops metrics on user requests to provide insight on ticket trends and volume. Basic Qualifications For The Opportunity Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 2+ years of experience with Yardi Voyager Investment Management or similar systems experience Understanding of private equity real estate accounting, fund accounting User support experience Ideally, you will also have Experience managing multiple deliverables simultaneously Intuitive problem solver At ease with large data sets in Excel Ability to think independently, prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills About EisnerAmper EisnerAmper is one of the largest accounting, tax, and business advisory firms in the U.S., with more than 3,000 employees and 300 partners.
