As part of our Customer Support team, you'll play a vital role in our warehouse providing support to our service team and customers. You'll ensure parts are interpreted and picked efficiently, invoicing and receipting are correct and provide stellar service to our customers answering queries, solving problems and assisting with parts related technical queries. Background in mobile plant parts interpreting or automotive parts interpreting is advantageous. A proven high level of customer service Minimum of C class Licence Forklift licence preferred. Sound understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office Knowledge of dynamics programming would be an advantage. Ability to work unsupervised. Safety focused mindset is paramount.
