Leading Minerals Producer|Immediate start About Our Client This is an excellent opportunity to join a world leading minerals producer who specialises in clean energy revolution. and is also based in WA Job Description Reporting into the PA, you will assist in day to day administration duties, supporting the wider office.Duties include; Purchasing and control of office requisites such as stationery, printing, computer consumables. Ensuring meeting rooms and kitchen are cleared at the end of day ( to be shared with the PA) Arranging for the purchase of office equipment such as workstations, chairs, cupboards & bookshelves and filing cabinets. Managing the collection, distribution & security of incoming /outgoing mail and organising couriers if needed. Archiving maintaining document control & retrieval systems for confidential and other information. Liaising with building management regarding building passes/fobs and maintaining the register, updating and providing a copy of the register to building management. Assisting with Perth staff travel requirements.
