About the role As a member of the ITSM Consulting team, you will: Work collaboratively with the GLiNTECH delivery team to help clients succeed with Jira Service Management Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, providing best-in-class solutions Develop various ITSM related technical solutions based on Atlassian and GLiNTECH best practice Implement solutions for our clients using Atlassian Cloud and Data Center platforms Assist colleagues on complex projects, providing coaching and cross-skilling where appropriate Understand and deliver effective change management and training for successful projects Liaise with internal stakeholders on business needs and contribute to new services and packages Assist in pre-sales meetings with clients, presenting the tools and solutions and helping uncover commercial opportunities Longer term, we'll help you to grow and mature the ITSM practice, taking a lead in growing the practice. About you You have a consulting mindset; you can isolate problems, identify solutions and manage expectations effectively You have first-hand experience with ITSM practices and understand the problems that modern IT managers face You have a passion for technology and proven experience across a wide range of popular enterprise software and solutions Experience implementing ITSM software (e.g. ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.) is highly regarded You're agile and adaptable, with the ability to think quickly and deliver autonomously You can communicate and present information effectively, adapting your style to suit the audience Qualifications such as being ITIL Certified will be highly regarded Must have Either a Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent professional experience A 'can-do' attitude with the desire to contribute to a high-performing team The right to work full-time in Australia
