About you You have worked 2.5 to 3 years + in a digital marketing agency and are now looking for a role where you can take more ownership, and provide strategic insights while growing personally and professionally with an ambitious team. Big brands and big campaigns are what get your creative juices flowing and you will be given the opportunity to lead the campaigns and strategic thinking with our top clients. Sitting high above the harbour and almost above the clouds in our Barangaroo office, you will be strategising and directing million-dollar digital campaigns, dreaming up amazing customer journeys and delivering next-level CX. # You are a brilliant multitasker and understand we live in a digital first world, and you thrive on reviewing the data of your successful campaigns All while enjoying the banter and laughs with our tight-knit team and easy-going culture. When it comes to design and development you will also collaborate remotely with our production team in the Kingscliff office, where we also hold off-site team events regularly. MUST HAVE Reside in Sydney. Unrestricted working rights for Australia A desire to learn by doing RESPONSIBILITIES Your tasks will include, but are not limited to: STRATEGIC Strategising digital marketing campaigns Building go to market strategies Analysing campaign performances Providing insights and recommendations to optimise ad campaigns Providing support to our campaign coordinators OPERATIONAL Day-to-day account management Managing the client-agency relationship Facilitating Work-In-Progress Calls/Meetings and client workshops EXPERIENCE Minimum 4+ years of work experience in the marketing industry (agency or client side) Minimum 2.5+ years Digital Marketing account management experience Tertiary qualification in Marketing & Communications (majors in digital) KNOWLEDGE Social Media Marketing: Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, Pinterest Google Marketing Platform: GTM, GSC, GA, GMB Google Ads Customer Journey Mapping Marketing Automation: Hubspot preferred but also, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Zoho or Active Camapign TECHNICAL SKILLS Digital Marketing Strategy Data & Analytics Campaign Builds Campaign Optimisation SOFT SKILLS Strategic and Growth Mindset Thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivering multiple priorities at once Can deal with adversity and things not going as planned Outstanding collaboration skills Proactive and always shows initiative Excellent oral and written communication skills Exceptional organisation skills Empathy Passionate about emerging industry trends NICE TO HAVE Experience in Lead Generation Marketing Experience in B2B Marketing Experience in Team Management CRM: Hubspot, Active Campaign Native Ads: Taboola, Outbrain WordPress HTML On-Page SEO Experience in Project Management tools (Monday.com, Asana, Trello)
