We are seeking a Full Time Account Manager who wants to work with a great team of experienced, qualified and motivated Security staff in New South Wales. About the role – Execute overall management and delivery of the company’s Security Contract Services at client’s assets. Determine company contractual obligations, allocate appropriate resources, provide training, mentor and supervise all seservice-levelctivities. Understand and interpret profit and loss statements as well as experience around client-based budgeting. Report on or inform State or National General Managers of all activities that impact the Operations of Millennium Services Group, Security. Skills and Experience 2-5 years security services management You enjoy and thrive in a “hands-on” role and love to be out on the road constantly You are well organised, confident, and able to work to tight time frames. You know are confident with budgets and profit and loss statements. You have outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. You are a confident to deliver reports and site assessments weekly and monthly. You have advanced administrative skills and strong attention to detail. You are experienced and confident in running site inspections. You are a team player, and you can also operate autonomously. You have demonstrated ability to work with a diverse existing client base and build lasting relationships. You are customer centric. You have well developed skills around contract management and compliance. Your role and responsibilities – We are a people business – you will be accountable for the management of a diverse people business ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of our colleagues is your number one priority. You will maintain and build relationships with established clients across ACT and South-East NSW You will ensure the delivery of services to clients no less than the requirements of our contractual arrangements. You can make recommendations for and implement delivery plans that provide compliant service delivery, improve service levels and profitability. You will have the ability to lead, oversee and manage staff at an operational level overseeing all personnel development. You will be comfortable performing HR related tasks for your staff, such as performance management, training, onboarding, induction, interviewing and all OH&S functions. You can confidently perform site audits. Essential: Relevant State Security License in both ACT and NSW or ability to attain both state licensing requirements Relevant tertiary qualification highly regarded but not essential.
