Description: With over 60 years' experience in the building industry, Stairlock is one of Australia's largest staircase manufacturers. We supply and install exceptional quality staircases and balustrade systems for commercial and residential projects across Australia. Due to continued growth and success, we have a new opportunity for an experienced Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to join our established team. Based in Arndell Park, this role is available on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar scheduling role preferably within the building industry and will possess a passion for providing quality customer service. About the Role: Reporting to the Group Product and Service Manager, and working alongside a team of 4, the role is primarily responsible for ensuring seamless scheduling of staircase installations, ensuring that projects are completed on time and in full. Key Responsibilities: Liaising with customers, builders, contractors and installers in scheduling staircase installations across Sydney Building and strengthening customer relationships through high quality customer service Data entry and tracking installations in NetSuite Providing project support for large installs such as installs for apartment blocks, ensuring that timelines are established and distributed Site inspections and delivery inspections (as required) Processing invoices and payments About you: The successful candidate will demonstrate: Exposure to the building industry or building products industry Scheduling or resource planning experience will be highly regarded Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders including builders and contractors Ability to problem solve and work with teams to overcome challenges Being part of the Stairlock team you’ll enjoy: Secure, permanent employment with an Australian Quality Certified Manufacturer Healthy work-life balance Training to advance professional development Productive and supportive organisational culture Competitive annual salary Annual salary reviews in line with performance review and development process How to Apply: Please apply via Seek, click “Apply” to submit a resume and cover letter highlighting your relevant experience.
