A new opportunity for an Allocations Coordinator is now available at our Eastern Sydney Home Care Service Centre. About Your New Role: Create an effective scheduling and rostering service to align Care Worker rosters efficiently to meet customer requirements Plan, forecast and management workforce planning requirements, including roster changes, leave and absence planning and new employee on boarding to ensure effective coverage of all shifts to client needs and service delivery targets.
