About The Role... Due to continuous growth and the introduction of exclusive new outdoor brands, we have a need for an assistant design / sales Consultant for our Norwood Parade store. This is a Casual role for approx. 15 - 20 hours per week including weekend work and more available at peak sales periods. The role is predominantly to assist the current sales consultants but will involve some direct selling and interior design, custom design and solution sales to commercial and residential clients. About You... To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes: Were looking for a outgoing customer focused person who has experience in retail sales and is passionate about, furniture, interior design and decoration. We want some one who is going to bring their personality to the role. Sales experience in furniture is preferred but not Essential Demonstrates a flair for design, style and colour Has a commitment to excellence in customer service. Has excellent client focused communication skills Is a good communicator and self motivated to give clients a quality sales experience. Demonstrates drive, passion and commitment and a can do attitude Availability for Saturday roster is essential Demonstrates good computer skills with Microsoft office suite. Display an understanding of furniture design and construction in order to sell custom make variations is an advantage Displays an outgoing nature, confidence in selling to our quality conscious clients.
