The Role We are looking for Casual Registered Nurses who are passionate about a person-centred approach to care, to join our facility in Wauchope. You must be dedicated to working within the applicable quality standards, including the Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards. What You Will Do As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for ensuring: Holistic assessment in partnership with residents and their representatives Development and evaluation of individualised resident care plans Supervise and support Personal Care Workers Clinical care including wound management, palliative care and medication management Liaison with medical and allied health care staff Provision of safe, high quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards Positive resident experience through resident-first approach Who are you and what will you bring? Registration with the AHPRA as a registered nurse is essential Minimum 2 years experience in providing clinical care Strong verbal and written communication skills Hold NDIS Worker Checks (or willing to obtain) Be passionate about delivering a person-centred approach to care Interested?
