THE ORGANISATION Our client is a leading organisation that operates nationally across Australia. They are responsible for 27 pastoral enterprises across a number of diversified climatic zones and a range of country types. They are a value’s driven business with a headcount of approximately 308. Please note our client is based in Orange, NSW but the role can be completed remotely. THE ROLE Your main responsibility will be assisting with end-to-end payroll and supporting the payroll manager during a busy period, while they transition to a new Payroll system. You will be one of the first points of contact with all payroll enquiries, you will ensure all queries have been responded to in a timely manner & you will be inputting data through systems & amending information. In addition, this you will also be required to provide support to the team in the form of administration. THE CRITERIA To be successful in this role you must have previous payroll administration experience and be able to demonstrate a history of working successfully independently. You will have strong excel skills, be comfortable with the VLOOKUP function and extremely organised in your role. You will also operate with a learning mindset, always striving for the success of the business and your team and demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills.
