Paid search specialist, 3 day per week contract, 6 months Your New Company This non-profit organisation looking for an experienced Paid Search Specialist to join our team in Sydney, Australia. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Google Grant for Charities and will be responsible for managing and optimising our paid search campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and achieve our organisational goals. Responsibilities Develop and execute paid search strategies that align with our organisational goals Conduct keyword research and create targeted campaigns to maximise our Google Grant budget Optimise ad copy and landing pages for maximum performance and user experience Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools Provide regular reports to internal stakeholders on campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in paid search advertising and apply them to our campaigns Collaborate with team members in Fundraising, Marketing and Communications to ensure our paid search campaigns align with our overall organisational strategy Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online visibility, user engagement, and conversions. Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), pay-per-click (PPC), display advertising, and social media advertising. Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords and optimise organic search results through on-page and off-page SEO techniques. Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimisation and improvements. Conduct regular audits of website content and structure to ensure it is optimised for search engines and user experience. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in paid search advertising, preferably in a non-profit or charity setting Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, or a related field. Deep understanding of the Google Grant for Charities and experience managing campaigns with this budget Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other paid search tools Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision Passion for the non-profit sector and a commitment to our organisational mission Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role with a focus on paid search and SEO.
