Overview Of The Role This is a pivotal senior role, responsible for inspiring and driving the success, growth, and performance of the Company in IT systems. The Group Network Engineer will be an experienced Engineer who has the technical skills to make the Company more efficient. The Network Engineer will analyze current systems and assets, recommend, and implement solutions and upgrades and provide training. They will have extensive knowledge of network maintenance, experience as a manager and advanced industry knowledge to keeps us on the cutting edge. This role will have an immediate impact on the day-to-day efficiency of our operation and a long term impact on our overall growth. Persons applying for this role must display the following attributes: Five or more years of experience in IT management Deep knowledge of programming languages and operating systems (ex: Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory), current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and systems performance monitoring Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing IT solutions Strong creative and analytical thinking Preferred Skills And Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science Professional certification Base salary $ 65,000 negotiable depending on experience and Qualifications.
