We’re looking for a Mid UX/UI Designer who’s excited to work on challenging and meaningful projects, and is comfortable across the full end to end design process. What's it like being a designer here You'll get the chance to design across a wide range of industries and discover their unique challenges with clients like Nando’s, Hostplus, Linfox, ahm, Chadstone, Make-A-Wish, Movember, and more. You’ll have hands-on involvement and influence on projects from end to end, from challenging the strategy and forming the approach right through to working alongside the dev team to review and polish the end delivery. Be practised and proven when applying your design craft. Be confident in contributing to multiple parts of the design process — from research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, visual design right through to production. Have an understanding of design systems and are able to operate within technical constraints. Be able to justify your design decisions, challenge well if needed, and are always respectful in collaboration.
