You will be responsible designing and deploying modern endpoint management solutions for our clients. Your main responsibilities include: Technical ownership and delivery of end-to-end Microsoft End User Compute projects Presales and technical architecture for a wide range of Microsoft services including Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager, Windows 10/11 deployment, and device management for iOS, macOS and Android devices Working remotely and sometimes on-site across Australia Assisting with the development, enhancement, and documentation of Insentra’s methodologies for Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager and device management implementations Work closely with our partners to deliver exceptional outcomes Developing opportunities Documentation including scopes of work, design documents, as-built documents, etc Building relationships with customers and partners Keeping your eye out for opportunities and developing the business Keeping up to date in the extremely fast-paced world of IT Owning customer success If you have excellent communication skills, an eye for detail and love to deliver exceptional outcomes, we want to meet you. Ultimately, you will ensure our company’s Modern Endpoint Management efforts help us achieve our immediate and long-term business goals in Australia, UK and USA. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Outstanding experience in End User Compute with extensive skills designing and deploying the following: Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Configuration Manager, co-management, and Windows desktop operating systems Strong knowledge of features and security components of Windows desktop operating systems, deployment methodologies and migration of devices into modern management with Microsoft Intune Knowledge and experience in the deployment and management of iOS / iPadOS and macOS devices with Microsoft Intune including integrating Apple Business Manager Skills and knowledge in the management of Android devices with Microsoft Intune and Managed Google Play across personally owned and corporately owned scenarios Expert knowledge of authentication mechanisms including Azure AD, ADFS, SSO and Modern Authentication Strong knowledge of identity services including Azure AD and Active Directory Domain Services Demonstrated experience using PowerShell and other scripting languages to automate tasks and resolve problems Understanding and awareness of Service Management processes and tools Skills in Microsoft security offerings including Azure security services, Azure AD Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps Knowledge and understanding of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure solutions such as Azure Virtual Desktop and Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Relevant Microsoft and third-party certifications ACCOUNTABILITIES & MEASURES We believe you are responsible for your role and as such we invite you to develop your own KPI’s as part of your interview process.
