This MSP organisation is looking for a candidate with a experience working within a helpdesk environment, with Level 2/3 and networking knowledge. You will be working with clients predominately on the Eastern seaboard however they are expanding and exciting times are ahead. Duties Will Include Handle incoming calls, create, manage, follow-up and resolve support requests via the ticket-based CRM at a level 2 - 3 level Provide technical advice to clients and interact with third parties on their behalf Deliver quality, professional remote support in a timely fashion Collaborate with Senior Engineers, Subject Matter Experts and Team Leaders on support issues Engage in regular interaction with all technical teams within the business including field engineers and other support departments At times you may be scheduled onsite to a client for preventative maintenance to customers Assemble and configure server and networking components for onsite implementation Perform onsite troubleshooting, fault resolution, installations, upgrades and other IT projects Work within ISO framework and adhere to certification standards Who are we looking for: Relevant Qualifications or Certifications Evidence of troubleshooting end-user workstation environments and Microsoft Office 365 Experience configuring devices using Apple iOS and Android mobile platforms Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange and cloud services such as Microsoft Office 365, Azure, and related platforms Experience using virtualisation technologies as well as fundamentals in management of VMWare (or Hyper-V) virtual environments Capable of deploying and troubleshooting backup and anti-virus technologies Experience managing networks, network hardware, networking concepts Exposure in CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CCNA, Microsoft Certification(s) or equivalent(s) This organisation is all about organic growth and will promote within before going to market.
