You Will Troubleshoot And Support With Working within the Helpdesk team, you will be trained to be the first point of contact for clients calling with questions and technical support issues. Your job will be to identify technical issues, troubleshoot and resolve problems over the phone, as well as escalate where needed. You’ll be based within the office, however at times will have the opportunity to visit sites utilising the company vehicle. Microsoft Office 365 including user setup and licensing; Server management including installations, configurations and updates; VoIP phone systems including documentation of configurations; Website administration including updates, backups and security monitoring; DNS and domain registrations including maintaining records and renewals; Network administration including managing firewalls, switches, routers and VPN’s; and Security including monitoring systems for irregularities and breaches, and escalations. Who are we looking for? You Will Have To be successful in this role, there are no specific qualifications necessary as all training will be provided.
