We are seeking a motivated and proactive IT System Analyst to join our team. As the IT System Analyst, you will be responsible for providing IT technical support to 100+ users nationally through telephone, email, and face-to-face in a fast-paced environment, working within a collaborative Service Desk Team to provide proactive rather than reactive outcomes for our team to consistently provide a high standard of IT support to ensure all helpdesk requests are responded to within agreed timeframes. Responsibilities Keeping tickets and customers updated as well as the Service Delivery Manager updated on any issues. Evaluating emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Providing support of non-computer related equipment and hardware such as telephony systems, Mitel Systems, video conferencing and audio-visual equipment. Identifying, formulating, and managing the development, implementation, testing and adoption of business improvements and solutions with staff Identifying and analysing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications. Creating and maintaining system documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and training materials. Implementing AI, Automation and technology-based business solutions Website and landing page developent Requirements 4+ years experience in a similar Helpdesk/Desktop Support role with a national focus. Advanced understanding and experience in supporting Zoho Suite, Google Suite & Office 365 suite Excellent understanding in supporting Audio Visual, video and audio conferencing platforms, and remote access tools for support (VPN, video conferencing, remote system management and monitoring ect) for use in and after hours support. Advanced knowledge and experience of using Open APIs, to integrate new products Incorporate AI platforms into the business to automate processes such as ad creation, ad/social content posting, keyword generation, KB documentation, data insights, and manual and repetitive processes using AI, ML. Build interactive dashboards to provide cohesive insights between different data points, contribute towards developing/onboarding custom portals for Sales, Marketing and Finance departments. Website upliftment and automated data sync to and from the CRM, helping create customer engagement journeys in Marketing Automation and capture engagement Knowledge of helpdesk protocols, including ITIL Relevant qualifications in IT/Computer are desirable.
