Job Description

Project Manager (Applications)- £50,000-£55,000 Ballyvesey Holdings are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a range of IT applications projects primarily within our Transport group of companies. The candidate should have significant experience in leading enterprise projects including multiple technology and business process streams across a number of business units. A proven track record in the delivery of complex applications projects is required. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a strong background in applications delivery and migration, and business process transformation. This is a customer-facing role, and the candidate must be able to develop excellent working relationships with senior stakeholders and project teams across the business. Key Responsibilities All aspects of project management for IT applications delivery Scoping, planning and delivery of multiple projects and workstreams Business process transformation / change management Leadership of the requirements capture and solution design for IT applications Resource management including business leads and IT delivery teams Vendor management of solutions partners Stakeholder management, including the Steering Board and senior business managers Financial management of the project budget Project benefits definition and tracking (to ensure ROI is achieved) Management of training delivery and testing activity Transition management of the project into live service, ensuring service acceptance criteria are defined and delivered Project management / KPI reporting Compliance with PMO governance and service management processes Management of the project risks and issues log Specific Requirements Proven track record in the delivery of enterprise-wide applications projects Ability to drive complex business process change through the organisation Ability to build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders Vendor and contract management Financial management Excellent communications skills Experience of transport industry applications (desirable) At Ballyvesey Holdings your right to privacy is important to us.
