What This Opportunity Will Mean For You Purposeful work where your efforts are recognized in an environment where you can thrive Joining an organisation that is passionate about developing some of the most impressive careers in the world Industry-leading flexibility options to unlock the talent and diversity of every individual Unique opportunities to contribute to programs of national significance whilst growing your skills A strong safety culture, inclusive teams and work to be proud of, underpinned by a compelling set of values Details Henderson location Permanent position Maintenance work on the Anzac Class navy ships Assist in the preparation and provision of information to enable the production electrical / mechanical teams and contractors to conduct works Assist in the development and/or preparation of accurate documentation Conduct defect analysis, resolution using detailed technical knowledge Provide input to planning and maintenance of temp safety systems Be available to undertake off-site isolations or training deployments Provide and update plans and schedules Implement quality procedures during delegated projects from High Risk Lead Design input for selected minor projects within the High Risk Team Requirements Relevant Trade or Diploma level qualifications or equivalent industrial experience Previous Navy or marine industry experience Experience and understanding of Isolations and Lock Out/Tag Out procedures Effective communication and negotiation skills Good attention to detail Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain Eligibility to be cleared for International Traffic In Arms (ITAR) regulation White/Blue Card Ability to pass pre-employment medical Applications should be addressed to: Ben Pearce, Talent Acquisition Specialist and made online here.
