Description: The Opportunity: Human Resources Assistant (Part-Time) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 3 pm Key Responsibilities: As a Human Resources Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our amazing HR team. Your responsibilities will include: Recruitment Support: You will play a vital part of our recruitment process by scheduling interviews, arranging medical assessments, and conducting reference checks. Your coordination skills will help us find the best talents to join our team. Employee Onboarding/Offboarding: Assisting in the seamless onboarding and offboarding of new team members, ensuring necessary qualifications are updated, forms are completed, and probationary reviews are conducted for successful integration. HR Data Management: Maintaining precise and confidential employee records while adhering to regulatory compliance, ensuring our HR data remains accurate and secure. HR Projects: Getting involved in various HR projects and initiatives, contributing your ideas and expertise to shape our HR landscape. HR Metrics and Reporting: Helping to compile and generate insightful HR-related data and reports, providing valuable insights to drive our HR strategies forward. General Administration: Be the backbone of our administrative support, handling tasks such as travel coordination, event planning, PPE procurement, correspondence preparation, and being the friendly voice that answers incoming calls.
