The Purpose: As the General Manager of Infrastructure, Operations and Assurance, you will report to our CIO and be responsible for building and leading a high performing technology infrastructure, operations, service management, and fantastic technology culture and team. This role will be responsible for setting the technology infrastructure strategy, operation principles and performance, DevSecOps practice, governance, and operating rhythm in alignment with the broader IT strategy and for ensuring the availability, capacity, security, performance, and resilience of infrastructure services to support AP+’s business and commercial objectives. To be successful in this role, you are a confident seasoning people leader who builds and cultivate technology talents, at the same time, setting departmental goals, budgets, and timelines for various internal and external projects and BAU activities. You will also be leading our cloud strategy and services, L1-L3 operations and support, site reliability engineering, and employee experiences. The skills & knowledge you need to have: Computer Science / Engineering or a related Discipline Hold professional qualifications such as MCP, MCSE, CCNA 7 years + of people leadership roles with a successful track record in executive stakeholder relationship management 10 years+ of technology infrastructure management experience in a large-scale technology environment across a wide variety of cloud platforms Extensive experience with Agile development methodologies, cloud computing, micro-services architecture, SaaS, modern human computer interfaces, CI/CD tools, and related technologies. Demonstrable success in leading technology and cultural transformation and driving major change programs across a complex, hybrid, and emerging technology environment. Proven strategic and tactical problem-solving ability across diverse environments and multiple divisions.
