First Sip Group are looking for experienced & competitive Field Sales Specialist’s to join our team. Based in NSW, QLD, SA, VIC, WA & TAS - we want to hear from you! As our Field Sales Specialist, you will develop sales strategies & be responsible for attracting new clients & customers to represent the sales of our amazing portfolio of brands. Slide into the best bars, clubs, restaurants or stroll the aisles of an intriguing bottle-shop whilst you investigate & find new sales opportunities & those special distribution spots to drive volume. Use of various sales methods (venue-to-venue, store to store, cold calling, presentations, event host or a casual check in to keep the rapport alive etc) Develop new sales strategies & models. Evaluate sales strategies' effectiveness Evaluate our customers needs. A point of sale magician. Build long lasting client relationships & charismatic rapport. (Be memorable in all the right ways!) Meet personal & team sales targets. Attend meetings, sales events & tastings/trainings. Report & provide feedback to management using financial statistical data or a great idea! Positively & impact-fully manage your client database within your assigned territory. What do you need to come along on this adventure? 3+ years of experience in sales Proven record of personal quota; let us know how good you actually are; that ‘self-worth’ talk will go far. Experience working a CRM; collecting those friends along the way. Knowledge of different sales techniques and pipeline management. Non-negotiable! (Don’t mind our shitty puns) Computer use competency - it’s a must! Sense of ownership & pride in your performance & its impact on our company’s success; we are a game-changing business who need game-changing humans on board this ship. Passionate about the lifespan of a brand. Critical thinker & problem-solving skills; lead the charge, find the opportunities & fight the fires. Team player; you’ve got to be willing to share, be convivial (google it!) and bounce off your fellow peers. Great time-management skills; we need humans who have an active ability to not be late to their own party. Loves a challenge & a target to run at.
